[Keep reading for the English version.]

From time to time, Bomb English will invite a guest to the show to have a “Deep Conversation” and really talk about an issue of interest. The present episode’s conversation actually went over 1.5 hours, but we managed to edit out 1/3 of it to give you the most interesting conversation possible. Usually, our normal episodes will be 20-30 minutes long, but we think it will be important and useful to have a long conversation, as people sometimes do, in English. And rather than dividing it into multiple posts, multiple files, and multiple transcripts, we decided to keep it simple and give you all the materials at once, keeping things simple. (For example, in a study group or classroom with our file loaded, to scroll back and forth to find different parts of the conversation would require switching files, rather than simply scrolling back and forth in a single one.)

Often, people chit-chat lightly for a few minutes, but sometimes people have long, deep conversations with friends. This, too, is “real English.” So enjoy the “Deep Conversation” series and remember – in the digital age, long files is why God created the “pause” button. Enjoy the show!
